Braised pork recipes, made in a Vietnamese style, served with hard boiled eggs.
INGREDIENTS
1 kg pork belly (sliced)
350 ml soda water
400 ml TCC Coconut Juice for Cooking
6 eggs (hard boiled and remove shell)

Seasoning mix
3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
6 tbsp Squid Fish sauce
3 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp white pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine meat, soda water and coconut juice in a pot and bring to the boil. Remove any froth on the surface.
- Add seasoning mix, and cook for 5 mins. Reduce heat and braise for 1 hr.
- Add eggs, braise for 10 mins. Serve hot with steamed Jasmine rice.
